Holley bypass fuel pressure regulator kits are part of a complete line of fuel system products from Holley. Offering several different kits, each features a billet or diecast aluminum regulator with an adjustable psi for precise fuel pressure changes and they are finished for corrosion resistance and good looks. The regulators are fitted with a 1/8 in. NPT gauge port and include an Earl's fuel pressure gauge, three adapter fittings, a barbed fitting for the vacuum port, a mounting bracket, and all necessary hardware. Holley HP Billet Fuel Pressure Regulators
Part of Holley's complete line of fuel system products, Holley HP billet fuel pressure regulators are available in a variety of configurations for carbureted or fuel injected engines. Some versions are even adaptable to either carburetors or EFI. They allow you to upgrade a carbureted system to EFI without replacing the fuel pressure regulator. All HP billet fuel pressure regulators feature a 2-port design, provide for precise fuel pressure adjustments, and are available in your choice of demand (no return line) or by-pass (with a return line) styles. Depending on the model, they are for use only with electric fuel pumps, or with either mechanical or electric pumps. Designed for street/strip applications, they are CNC-machined from 6061 T-6 billet aluminum for strength and have bright dip anodized black bodies with clear dip anodized tops for corrosion resistance and good looks. Holley EFI Filter Regulators
When converting your fuel system to a return-style EFI setup, the biggest challenge can be plumbing the fuel lines. Holley has found a way to make this job easier! They offer EFI filter regulator assemblies to simplify your installation—by combining the fuel filter and regulator in one unit that can be mounted in the rear of the vehicle. Mounting in the rear means less line to run for a return and less mess. These regulators feature a 175 gph, 10 micron fuel filter built-in. The regulators are preset at 59.5 psi. They're available with 3/8 in. NPT or -8 AN port sizes to match most common EFI fuel systems. Simplify your EFI conversion, or clean up the plumbing on your current EFI system, by installing a Holley EFI filter regulator. (Diecast EFI fuel regulators are also available by Holley.)

Holley billet EFI return-style fuel pressure regulators are space saving options when mounting on the end of the fuel rail or near the throttle body. They are preset at 59.5 psi, and the cap can be removed and re-oriented to suit the desired fuel routing. These Holley EFI fuel pressure regulators feature 6061 T-6 billet aluminum construction, and are machined for all SAE6 ports with three -6 AN fittings included, plus an extra plug to replace one fitting when installed post throttle body/fuel rail. They are compatible with Holley Sniper or Sniper Stealth among other applications, and available with either an all-black or a black/clear anodized finish.

Holley Mechanical Fuel Pumps
Holley Street Performance mechanical fuel pumps are designed to work with stock or mildly modified engines. Ranging in performance styles of 80 to 225 gph, their body castings can be rotated 360 degrees to ease mounting in difficult places and they have large orifices for high flow rates. These pumps are not compatible with methanol or alcohol fuels and should not be used with fuel injection systems. A fuel pressure regulator is required for 130 gph versions.

Holley EFI Fuel Pulse Dampers
Holley EFI fuel pulse dampers act in tandem with the fuel pressure regulator to further control the fuel pressure in an EFI system. They act to smooth out the pressure pulsations caused by the injectors opening and closing as well as the fuel pump operating. These pulsations happen so quickly that in many cases they can't be identified with an analog gauge but can cause issues with fuel delivery to the engine.
