Each hose is 100 percent inspected and any flawed sections are discarded. The properties of PTFE-lined hose make it a natural for highly corrosive applications like automotive brake fluid, hot oil, and power steering fluid; it also handles nitrous oxide with ease. Even under high pressure, they will cycle over and over again without failure. It is manufactured to the same rigorous standards as all of Parker's products. A synthetic rubber tube is covered with one layer of textile braid, combined with an outer layer of synthetic rubber in a choice of colors. Series 8600-8700 hose performs well when used within the temperature and pressure parameters that it was designed for: 250 psi maximum pressure for most oil, water, and fuel applications; with a –40 degrees F to +212 degrees F temperature range. Sized in fractions, it may be used with any push-on style fitting. Series 8000 Push-Lite race hose ends work especially well with Fragola Performance Systems Series 8600-8700 Parker Push-Lok hose.

Fragola Performance Systems stainless steel inner support springs add an extra measure of support to high-vacuum applications with stainless braided hose. To install them, use a solid rod smaller than the inside diameter of the hose and then slice the end of the rod and wind the inner support spring into the hose.
