Fox Racing Shox 2.5 Performance Series IFP coilover HTO shocks are loaded with position-sensitive technology, vehicle-specific valving, and larger pistons to improve on- and off-road performance. Built with a Type II anodized aluminum body that efficiently dissipates heat and prevents corrosion, each Fox 2.5 in. shock body features an internal floating piston (IFP) to separate the shock oil from the high-pressure nitrogen, optimizing damping. Outside, they feature Hydraulic Top Out (HTO) technology offering usable position-sensitive rebound damping control on and off the pavement. HTO reduces harsh top-outs and increases comfort by forcing shock oil through a secondary shim stack to slow down shock shaft speed, which is particularly beneficial after installing heavier, aggressive tires and applications lifted higher than OEM specification. Fox 2.5 Performance Series HTO shocks increase damping capacity and allow you to ride in comfort with position-sensitive rebound control. Note: Fox 2.5 in.
