If you are running an aftermarket pump that is mounted external of the fuel tank, you will need to install a draw straw or drill your fuel tank to accommodate a sump. Each of these has some significant drawbacks including the 1/4 tank issues that result in cavitation of the pump when you draw air into the fuel system. To resolve this issue there are Fleece Performance SureFlo performance sending units. SureFlo units are designed to work with aftermarket lift pumps and fit directly into your stock sending unit location. Each one features factory-style quick disconnects to adapt your stock fuel lines at the tank, giving you the cleanest installation available, and requiring no cutting or drilling of the tank. SureFlo works by drawing fuel from, and returning fuel to, the bucket assembly at the base of the unit, ensuring you are always drawing fuel into your pump and not drawing air into the fuel system, as well as eliminating the dreaded 1/4 tank problems. The SureFlo bucket also incorporates one-way check valves to allow fuel to easily flow in at lower levels. If you're running an aftermarket positive displacement lift pump on your Duramax, a Fleece Performance fuel primer bulb sealing kit will allow you to eliminate the leak-prone primer bulb from your fuel system. The sealing cap includes a 1/8 in. NPT port to feed a low-pressure fuel gauge or cap it off with the included NPT plug. Note: Fleece kits include two screw options (standard 8-32 and metric M4). Thread in by hand each screw type and use the thread pitch with the best fitment. There is variation amongst the model years, so always test first by hand to verify the thread pitch on your vehicle.

They're designed to eliminate the stock passenger side split axle shaft that is prone to breaking under high torque situations, as well as the short drive side axle shaft that is prone to breaking under high torque situations. The TufShafts are made from high-strength HyTuf material for maximum strength and reliability. These heavy-duty load-bearing components transmit power from the transmission to the wheels. They are the link between the differential and the wheels, enabling your vehicle to move forward or backward.
