Flaming River straight motorsports steering columns have been specially designed for competition use. They are manufactured from mill finish 304 Grade stainless steel tubing with a 1.75 in. diameter. The columns feature a 3/4 in.-36-spline output shaft, and an upper 3/4 in. smooth end designed to accept a quick-release steering wheel hub. The Flaming River straight motorsports steering columns are available in classic or collapsible designs to fit your race vehicle's needs.

Flaming River VDOG variable angle gears have a strong aluminum housing—available in either cast or billet—and the output shaft is 3/4-36 in. for compatibility with universal joints. Each unit is gear driven without any chains or sprockets. It can be mounted in horizontal or vertical positions—ideal for cab-over vehicles, T-Buckets, and specialty builds with big motors and tight firewall clearance.
