FiTech's cone style air filters feature an open design of the conical filter that allows the engine to pull air from both inside the cone, as well as from the outside perimeter. That nearly doubles the element area to capture any contaminant particles so only the cleanest air makes it into your intake. The cone shaped filter is capped on both ends with a show quality chrome housing securing the filter and a rubber coupler and heavy-duty clamp are supplied to seal over the flange of the throttle body creating a tight seal and secure mount. The cotton-based filter material is pre-oiled and ready to mount and can be washed and reused for many miles and years to come.
