One of the issues with adding an EFI system is the need to run a noisy external fuel pump, but FiTech Ultimate LS Truck EFI 500 HP fuel injection systems with Hy-Fuel module eliminate this issue. Hy-Fuel in-tank modules can be run as either returnless or return-style by use of the 3-bar regulator or block-off. They feature a unique baffling system, making it easy for fuel to enter, but difficult to leave, even under hard corners, bumps, and moderate off-road adventures. They can be added to new or existing fuel tanks. FiTech fabricated many billet aluminum parts for these systems, including a 92mm throttle body, high-volume fuel rails, and a 1,500 to 6,500 rpm powerband intake manifold.
