Relays are a required item whenever you want to use your XFI ECU to control a high-current device, such as a fuel pump or nitrous solenoid with one of its low-current outputs. FAST wiring harness adapter pigtails (P/N 308031) adapt an older TPI/MAP sensor to a modern connection, such as a Metripack/LS-style harness. The sensors, by monitoring intake manifold vacuum, measure the amount of load being placed on the engine.
