FASS Fuel Systems offers JIC flare fittings in a variety of sizes. JIC fittings, defined by the SAE J514 and MIL-DTL-18866 standards, are a type of flare fitting machined with a 37-degree flare seating surface. JIC (Joint Industry Council) fittings are widely used in fuel delivery and fluid power applications, especially where high pressure (up to 10,000 psi) is involved. These aluminum adapters include rubber/steel O-rings. Order the model best suited for your application.

The Duramax factory fuel filter delete kit from FASS Fuel Systems is for use after the installation of an air/fuel separation system. Once installed, the factory fuel filter is no longer needed and can be easily removed by using this canister delete. Because your Duramax fuel filter is located after the fuel filtration system, you'll still need to replace the factory filter every 5,000-8,000 miles. This filter delete kit will replace your now-useless fuel filter with a spin-on canister that allows fuel to flow freely into the engine, saving you even more money. The kit is a perfect addition to your FASS Titanium or AirDog diesel fuel pump and comes with all required hardware for a professional installation. (Note: This product is ONLY for use on trucks that already have another form of filtration, such as a FASS or Airdog.)

When running a FASS Titanium Series 125 gph lift pump in conjunction with a regulated return fuel system on your Powerstroke, some systems will require fuel pressure above the preset 55 psi. In those instances, FASS offers 75 psi fuel pump springs to ensure the regulated return system is running optimally. These replacement springs (PS-1018) are only to be used in conjunction with a regulated return fuel system and for those systems requiring 75 psi out of their FASS Titanium 125.

FASS Fuel Systems offers a variety of fuel pump replacement components, including these PTFE check balls. The check valve is designed to make the fuel in the vehicle only flow in the correct direction from the fuel pump and to maintain pressure; while the check ball retains fuel in the line so that it's there for a quick prime and startup.
