FASS Fuel Systems filter packs are perfect for the shop or to keep your garage stocked and ready to service your diesel. Each pack provides FASS's extreme water separator(s) and particulate filter(s). The more efficient extreme water separator is rated at 2 microns absolute, and because the filter element traps over 99 percent of the water, a drain is no longer needed. Rated at 144-micron, using the particulate filter on the suction side will drastically reduce cavitation, increase flow properties, lower the sound output of the FASS System, and remove larger fuel particulates. For optimal performance on your diesel, the separator and particulate filter are designed to be used in conjunction with each other. Designed with convenience in mind, FASS filter packs make it easy to maintain your FASS fuel system. FASS fuel suction tube kits increase fuel delivery and eliminate "quarter tank" issues. The bulkheads are machined from 6061 T-6 aluminum and are accompanied by 5/8 in. suction tubes that are offered in either PTFE or convoluted styles. The increased tube size improves fuel volume. Choose the complete kit or just upgrade with the suction tube.

The Duramax factory fuel filter delete kit from FASS Fuel Systems is for use after the installation of an air/fuel separation system. Once installed, the factory fuel filter is no longer needed and can be easily removed by using this canister delete. Because your Duramax fuel filter is located after the fuel filtration system, you'll still need to replace the factory filter every 5,000-8,000 miles. This filter delete kit will replace your now-useless fuel filter with a spin-on canister that allows fuel to flow freely into the engine, saving you even more money. The kit is a perfect addition to your FASS Titanium or AirDog diesel fuel pump and comes with all required hardware for a professional installation. (Note: This product is ONLY for use on trucks that already have another form of filtration, such as a FASS or Airdog.)
