Installing a FASS Fuel System has never been easier! Their all-new return style fuel tank sump kits only require a single hole to be drilled into the fuel tank, and include a 1/2 in. NPT return port—allowing you to plumb the FASS return line right to the fuel tank sump. These kits also place the 1/2 in. NPT suction port at the lowest point in the fuel tank, ensuring unrestricted fuel flow to the FASS System. Last but not least, the extra-large bowl acts as a reservoir, creating a consistent supply of fuel to the FASS System when running close to empty, or under heavy braking and acceleration. When the fuel temperature drops below 34 degrees F, the thermostatically controlled FASS high-output fuel heater disks will automatically power on. Fuel is then heated by the 300 watt heating element as the fuel is entering the FASS System, preventing gelling of the diesel fuel in the FASS filters. As the FASS continually polishes the fuel, it will heat the fuel in the fuel tank, further preventing gelling. Once the fuel reaches optimal temperature, the high-output heater disk will automatically power off, eliminating the possibility of overheating the diesel fuel.

FASS Fuel Systems fleet filter packs are perfect for the shop or to keep your garage stocked. Each pack provides FASS's extreme water separators and particulate filters. The more efficient extreme water separator is rated at 2 microns absolute, and because the filter element traps over 99 percent of the water, a drain is no longer needed. Rated at 144-micron, using the particulate filter on the suction side will drastically reduce cavitation, increase flow properties, lower the sound output of the FASS System, and remove larger fuel particulates. For optimal performance on your diesel, the separator and particulate filter are designed to be used in conjunction with each other.
