Enginetech offers piston and ring kits for a variety of applications, including select Chevy and Ford engines from the 1960s, '70s, '80s, and '90s. The replacement pistons are available in dish or flat top style, in cast or forged aluminum. The rings serve multiple purposes: Sealing the combustion chamber; regulating oil consumption; transferring heat away from the piston into the cylinder wall; and maintaining compression for engine power and efficiency. Enginetech Remanufactured Crank Kits
Enginetech offers remanufactured crank kits for a variety of Chevrolet, GMC, Saturn, Isuzu, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Mitsubishi, Ford, Ram, Subaru, and Toyota engines from 1982 and up. These engine components include a crankshaft, along with the matching set of main and rod bearings needed to properly install and support it within the engine during a rebuild. Crankshafts convert the pistons' reciprocating motion into rotational motion, which powers the vehicle. These remanufactured models are available in forged steel, nodular iron, or cast iron—in a range of stroke and other options.
