In 1938, Vic Edelbrock built his first intake manifold so he could get more power from his 1932 Ford roadster. After some modification, his “slingshot” manifold helped his flathead Ford set a new quarter mile record. Word got around about this manifold, leading Edelbrock to go into manufacturing after the end of World War II. As Vic and his successors continued to chase increased performance, his company spread into new markets. Edelbrock Victor Jr. Intake Manifolds

Low-profile, single-plane Edelbrock Victor Jr. intake manifolds are very versatile and can be used for drag racing and Oval Track competition, as well as for street applications. Power bands range from 3,500 to 7,000 rpm, on up to 4,500 to 8,000 rpm. There are applications for small block and big block engines, as well as for 2-barrel and 4-barrel carburetors. Some manifolds accept standard restrictor plates and carb adapters.

Edelbrock Victor Jr. EFI Intake Manifolds

Edelbrock Victor Jr. EFI intake manifolds make it simple to convert competition engines to electronic fuel injection. They have injector bosses precisely positioned and machined for excellent fuel spray patterns and maximum power. These manifolds are designed to replace the stock mono blade throttle bodies and give you throttle body options; fuel rail set, fuel injectors, fuel pump, and regulator are all required (each sold separately). If you decide not to maintain your EFI setup, you can also use these Victor Jr. EFI intake manifolds to convert to a carburetor.
