Earl's Performance Speed-Flex Hose
Earl's Performance Speed-Flex hose is used with the Speed-Seal reusable hose ends and can handle pressure of up to 3,000 psi. Earl's considers it their highest-pressure hose, and it's lightweight and resistant to almost everything. Speed-Flex is most commonly used for brake lines, fuel/oil gauge lines, hydraulic clutches, power steering, and fuel and oil lines. It's constructed from synthetic rubber or PTFE, with a braided stainless steel covering. Some hoses are PCV coated, as well. Your options include operating psi, size, length, and color. Earl's Performance Ultra-Flex 650 Hose Ends
Earl's Performance Ultra-Flex 650 hose ends have been developed by Earl's to be used in conjunction with their Ultra-Flex 650 hose. They feature a special crimp design that offers Earl's lightest alternative in plumbing a race engine. Earl's Performance Ultra-Flex 650 hose ends are manufactured from aluminum and have a Mil Spec Type III hard anodizing that is impregnated with PTFE to significantly reduce friction of the fluids running through the line assemblies. Earl's Speed-Seal hose ends are reusable and have a proven record of reliability throughout the racing industry. Because brake system hose ends are subject to wear and tear from extreme vibration, these forged hose ends have an 80 percent greater wall thickness than any other on the market. These Speed-Seal hose ends are available in stainless steel or aluminum, bent tube or low-profile, and adjustable or non-adjustable configurations.
