Dynamat Dynaplate liners are thin, strong, and lightweight sound deadeners. These self-adhesive, solid aluminum sheets structurally reinforce your car body panels for maximum SPL (Sound Pressure Level). At only 0.16 lbs. per sq. ft., these sheets are the lightest damping material available in the marketplace, making them ideal when you want to keep weight to a minimum and/or where space is an issue. Using only a 2-layer setup yields non-flexible panels that prevent the "ballooning effect" common in SPL vehicles.
