Dramatic exits come standard with Dinan's carbon fiber rear diffuser upgrades. The multi-piece diffusers spotlight the rear of the car and create a new "floor" that visually appears to make your vehicle lower and more aggressive. Despite the diffusers encompassing the exhaust exits, great care was taken to ensure enough room was supplied to accommodate large-tip exhausts, like Dinan's own. Additionally, the diffusers add wraparounds to each of the rear quarters, establishing a harmonious and uniform visual continuation with Dinan's front lip and side skirts (not included) for a perfectly matched cosmetic solution. Dinan rear diffusers feature 2x2 gloss twill carbon fiber manufactured to be impact-resistant, durable, and strong. They are clearcoated for maximum UV protection and fade resistance, and include 3M double sided tape and mounting screws for easy installation with a clean fit and finish.

Coupled with the associated Dinan exhaust, the sound is further perfected into an aggressive growl that harkens back to the Dinan E9x M3 racing middle exhaust. Rightly so as the same custom X that was used in that application is implemented on the new F8x chassis for that perfect mix of exotic undertones and raw aggression. Unlike a stamped X-pipe that is so common in the marketplace, the Dinan "X" pipes are thoughtfully designed for maximum flow characteristics and by themselves are works of art. Dinan X-pipes remove the factory center section after the secondary catalytic converters, including the large resonator. In its place you will have straight-through mandrel-bent 2.75 in. T304 stainless steel tubing and the custom "X" for better flow, and an improved throaty sound. kits come complete with mounting hardware, OE-quality clamps, and flanges for simplified installation.
