These are direct replacements for your existing drain. Simply remove the standard drain from your radiator and thread in the quick-release valve body. Eliminate the messy coolant stream splashing other components, missing the funnel and/or catch pan, and staining the shop floor. The hard anodized dust cap provides corrosion-resistant protection of the ball valve and gives a low-profile look with additional clearance in tight spaces. Simply unscrew the dust cap and insert the 1/4-turn hose adapter. The ball valve is instantly opened, releasing fluid through the supplied silicone hose and into your catch container.
