DeatschWerks DW810 brushless in-tank electric fuel pumps provide unprecedented high fuel flow in a reliable, quiet, and compact package. The units optimized impeller design achieves peak efficiency at target flow rates while careful engineering of internal fluid flow eliminates restrictions. The DW810 in-tank electric fuel pumps brushless motor technology reduces friction and heat, vastly improving durability, especially when using aggressive fuels such as ethanol and methanol. DeatschWerks has engineered their fuel pumps to maximize flow at higher pressures. By designing the armature for torque bias, delaying pressure relief activation, and maximizing impeller efficiency, DW has created a line of pumps with an extremely flat flow curve. Higher flow at higher pressure delivers the fuel your engine demands. All DW pump designs go through 1,000 hours of endurance bench testing in a number of fuels to find and eliminate common modes of failures. Upon success, the pump design is in-car tested for several months in real-world conditions before production is approved. Each fuel pump is flow tested at pressure to make doubly sure that it meets DW's high standards of performance before it is labeled and packaged. Product features: * One pump—two times the flow! * 5/16 in., 3/8 in., -6AN and -8AN anodized fittings included * Compact size is optimized for in-tank use * Universal bulkhead harness and fitment kit included with select pump models as noted * Compatible with all fuels including Methanol and E100 * No brushes, plus no commutator equals ultimate durability

E85 ethanol and other blended fuels have many contaminates capable of destroying fuel injectors and pumps. DeatschWerks inline fuel filters provide an extra layer of protection with their dual-stage, magneto-mechanical elements. In the first stage, zero flow restrictions are accomplished through magnetic filtration. This process uses a 35mm neodymium magnet at the filter inlet to trap ferrous contaminants, keeping them from destroying fuel injectors and pumps. For maximum filtration and minimum flow restrictions, DW filters use serviceable pleated 304-series stainless steel elements to capture non-ferrous materials in stage two. They're compatible with a wide range of fuels, including pump gas, race gas, MTBE, ethanol, methanol, and diesel. DW fuel filters are available in two bore sizes, three housing sizes, and are constructed from T6061 aluminum with -8 AN ORB inlets and outlets. Unique surge tank fuel filters that fit directly onto their popular 250iL and 350iL pumps are also available. For high temperature tolerance, incredible life spans, and excellent filtration, buy DeatschWerks inline fuel filters.
