The tubing is available in your choice of mild steel or aircraft-grade chromoly--all mandrel-formed by computer for consistent thickness. This type of cage is required on many race circuits, and Competition Engineering units are fully sanctioned by the NHRA and IHRA. Welding and minor car modifications may be necessary for a perfect fit. These kits are compatible with a wide variety of vehicles, including models from GM, Chrysler, Dodge, and Ford.
