They center the roller tip over the valve tip at the correct time so that the roller tip is never more than 0.020 in. off-center of the valve tip. They require a phaser limiter (P/N 5473). Testing with the phaser limiter kit resulted in gains of more than 75 hp over stock. One look at the torque curve produced by this camshaft will have your tires crying for mercy. * Stage 3 model: Godzilla Stage 3 camshafts are made for crate engines and engine swaps into lighter vehicles and those seeking maximum horsepower while still utilizing the phaser with a limiter kit.
