These fan control kits can be used with all single fan or multiple fan applications as long as the combined current draw does not exceed 30 amps. Although they strongly recommend installing a fan and shroud kit whenever possible, Cold Case electric fans are designed for those applications where a shroud will not fit. Cold Case radiator conversion kits are frequently necessary when converting from a standard 3-row radiator to any heavy-duty 4-row or most aluminum radiators. The included brackets and insulators bolt to the bottom of the core support. The radiator rests on these two mounting points. Since a standard-duty car will often have smaller insulators on the top brackets, where applicable, any required extra rubber insulators are included for the upper brackets.
