Add much-needed strength to your vehicle's original frame with Chassis Engineering frame boxing plates. These reinforcement plates are designed to beef up critical front and rear suspension attachment points and motor mount placements—particularly on car and truck models from the '30s and '40s. Made of 3/16 in. steel, you can fit and weld the braces into place wherever your application requires.

Once you've located the donor AMC Pacer (required, but not included), you'll find the use of these Pacer IFS mounting kits from Chassis Engineering gives you the ability to upgrade your vehicle's front suspension setup. Ok, it may require a bit of hard labor, but so worth it in the long run! That's because after the kits' steel brackets are welded to the Pacer crossmember, the rest of installation is bolt-on! The original Pacer crossmember bolts in, containing all of the needed suspension parts (original A-arms, springs, tie rods, steering, shocks, etc.) in a single unit.
