Caspers Electronics' new-design plug and play Hi-Lo fan controllers install easily on the PWM-controlled coolant fan found on C6 Corvettes. The factory coolant fan is powerful and incorporates a solid-state controller instead of relays (as in previous years and models). These Hi-Lo fan controllers interface with the factory controllers and permit manual coolant fan control. Caspers Electronics Hi-Lo fan controllers simply plug into the fan connector and include a round rocker switch that matches similar design control switches found in the console. Using this switch allows the vehicle operator to manually override the ECU control of the coolant fan to force-cool the engine, even when the car is unattended and not running. These control modules are designed to be plugged in between the sealed fan connector and its mate. These modules are completely sealed from moisture and contaminants and incorporate three sealed connectors. Caspers Electronics Hi-Lo fan controllers require a 20mm mounting hole to be drilled and have three switch positions--Low, which is half-speed fan control, Normal, which is controlled by the car's ECU, and High, which is maximum coolant fan speed. This gives the driver complete control over engine cooling. The switch can override fan control unattended, even with no key in the ignition.

Caspers Electronics electric fan control switches are easy to install and allow you to turn your car's electric coolant fans on manually, yet still retain stock fan operation. Stock cooling fans are set to activate at 215 degrees F, which is too hot for high performance use. The easiest way to optimize the performance of your car is to run it at a lower operating temperature. So, if you're sitting in traffic or at the track waiting in the staging lanes between rounds, you can activate your fans early to keep your engine operating efficiently and producing as much power as possible. Lowering your engine's operating temperature will not only increase performance, but it will also increase reliability and engine life by decreasing the stress caused by heat fatigue.

Caspers Electronics knock sensor wiring harnesses with LS1 cam sensor adapter allow the cam sensor used on the front of an LS2/3/4/7/9 engine to be plugged into the LS1 cam sensor connector located at the back of the intake manifold. They are ideal for LS2/3/4/7/9 motor conversions and are compatible with the PCM harness in LS1/LS6 vehicles. Additionally, they include a knock sensor extension, which allows the single-wire LS1 knock sensors located on top of the LS1 manifold to be relocated on both sides of the LS2-series block, using the factory LS1 engine harness. The Caspers Electronics knock sensor wiring harnesses with LS1 cam sensor adapter have the correct length and thermal protection required when routing near hot engine components.

Your alternator is designed to put out a specific voltage to your electrical system. The problem with this is when there is a greater demand on the electrical system, such as during wide-open-throttle, the alternator tends to fall short on delivery. Decreased system voltage, when you need it most, causes less than adequate fuel pump flow and ignition spark. Caspers Electronics V-Plus volt boosters overcome this inadequacy by increasing the system voltage by 2.2 V at approximately 70 percent throttle, resulting in increased fuel delivery, hotter spark, and greater overall performance! V-Plus boosters are available in different designs to cover several applications. Choose the right V-Plus harness for your vehicle.

When a vehicle's factory fan relay cannot safely sustain the full load of two fans, a supplemental relay system must be used. Caspers Electronics dual fan relay harnesses are designed specifically for this purpose, taking the excessive electrical load off the factory wiring and placing it on the two sealed relays of these plug-and-play harnesses. The relays are both energized by the factory fan relay, reducing the circuit load on the factory relay, and permitting full coolant fan control without overload risk. The fans are then both powered at high speed when cooling is commanded via factory low speed coolant fan control through the ECM. This system assures proper load through the relays with proper power distribution.

Is your rig feeling out of the loop? Caspers Electronics replacement heated oxygen sensors could be the fix. The heating element in these sensors helps them reach operating temperatures more quickly and prevents the sensor from cooling off too much when idling for a period of time. Caspers heated O2 sensors are designed to be more tolerant to impurities, fuel additives, and lead poisoning to last considerably longer than non-heated sensors. These 4-wire sensors offer better fuel mileage and reduced emissions. Your O2 sensors do wear out over time and need to be replaced. Replace them less often and stay in the loop with these more resilient Caspers Electronics replacement heated oxygen sensors.
