Calvert Racing weight ballast boxes are made from 11-gauge steel with TIG-welded seams. These same boxes are equipped in all Calvert cars and are capable of holding 100+ lbs. of lead/ballast under their lids that are held in place with Grade 8 locking flange fasteners. Boxes are shipped raw and ready for any coating of your choice.
