Brothers Trucks offers hydraulic brake assist conversions for a variety of applications, including 1967-72 Chevrolet/GMC C/K Series trucks, Blazer/Jimmy and Suburban models. These brake assist units are powered by hydraulic pressure from the power steering pump. They do not require a vacuum source and can generate between 1,200 to 2,000 psi to the calipers. Brothers Trucks conversion systems have several advantages, such as not requiring an external vacuum pump for high performance motors, a small bore master cylinder is not required, and firewall and valve cover and/or frame-mounted clearance is increased.
