Many times, older hoods have substantial rust, are kinked or no longer flat--and trying to repair or straighten something that large is no small feat. Brothers Trucks replacement hoods provide a superior fit (many are stamped from new tooling and heavy-gauge steel for strength) and are EDP coated for corrosion protection. They have fully finished undersides like the original equipment and include factory mounting points for an easy installation. The hoods are available in multiple styles for different vehicles. Brothers Trucks offers big brake kits to upgrade your front brakes to a massive 13 in. cross-drilled and slotted rotors with a 52mm dual piston calipers. These big brake front systems use a cross-drilled, gas slotted, and zinc washed rotor, mounted to a billet aluminum CNC-machined anodized hub and a caliper that attaches to the modular drop spindle with custom caliper mounting brackets. The calipers have twin 52mm pistons and a larger brake pad surface area that offers more stopping power in the caliper than popular C5 calipers at half the cost. These big brake front kits require a 17 in. diameter disc brake type wheels (won't fit 15 in. wheels). Kits come complete with slip-on rotors, forged hubs, twin piston calipers, custom caliper brackets, two drop spindles, bearings, seals, hoses and hardware. The cast iron calipers generally ship gray. The spindles are designed to utilize stock ball joints and tie rods, specify year.
