Brothers Trucks Frame Shortening Kits

Brothers Trucks offers a variety of long bed to short bed frame shortening kits, with all the necessary provisions to complete the popular conversions. Each kit includes a laser-etched steel template, a high-strength steel inner C-channel brace, a new short bed front-to-rear brake line, new short bed parking brake cables, and all hardware needed to install the kit, along with highly detailed instructions. All you need are basic hand tools to finish the job in your own garage! The job does require welding to finish the conversion, but with Brothers steel inner braces, you'll be able to safely transport the vehicle to a certified welder if needed. A short bed gas tank is required; and the driveshaft will also have to be shortened before re-installation. Order the kit recommended for your specific truck.

Note: For 3/4 ton truck owners, you'll need to check your truck's GVW or GVWR on the door jamb tag. If your tag shows a GVW or GVWR of 8200 or more, DO NOT PROCEED. This kit WILL NOT work on your truck.
