BDS Suspension offers steering stabilizer kits with NX2 shocks for a variety of applications, including many Chevy, GMC, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Ford vehicles from 1973 and up. The stabilizers are available in single (for stock/lifted) or dual inline (for lifted) designs. These components will enhance the handling of your truck or SUV. Installing larger tires can exert additional force on your suspension, but steering stabilizer shocks can effectively reduce bump steer and steering wheel feedback. BDS mounting brackets are constructed of high-strength steel and can be easily bolted on. The BDS NX2 stabilizer uses a pressurized nitrogen-charged twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving for lightning-fast dampening adaptive to whatever terrain you traverse, on- or off-road. The 2-inch bodied shocks use a large 1 3/8 in. fluon-banded piston, self-lubricating seals and a 14mm hardened chrome shaft to help resist rock chips and corrosion.

This increased firmness allows for better brake modulation, leading to greater control and confidence, especially under extreme or off-road conditions. The durable stainless steel and Kevlar® construction prevent bursts or breaks, resisting wear and tear, while the lines comply with DOT Federal Regulations for street legality and longevity. BDS Suspension's brake hoses are also more flexible and resist kinking better than stock lines.

BDS Suspension lift blocks are designed to increase the rear ride height of leaf spring trucks to add ground clearance and make room for larger tires, thereby enhancing the vehicle's off-road capability and aggressive appearance. These blocks sit between the axle and the leaf springs, lifting the rear of the vehicle and improving the vehicle's pinion angle to maintain good driveshaft alignment. More clearance and the ability to fit larger tires contribute to better handling and durability, especially on rough terrain.
