BD Diesel variable vane exhaust brakes keep you in control of your rig and its load! BD VVB technology takes advantage of your Chevy Duramax's turbocharger exhaust turbine to create up to 35 psi of backpressure/130 retarding horsepower. This gives you ample braking force to help you safely maintain your speeds on descents and curves, also giving you better control. So, the Garrett variable vane turbo designed to reduce turbo lag and increase power also helps to slow you down! BD's variable vane brake rotary switch electronically controls the vanes in the turbo and offers automatic moderate and aggressive downshifting programs for the Allison transmission, as well as working in Allison manual shift selections. BD Diesel Venom Fuel Lift Pump Kits with Filter and Separator
BD Diesel's Venom fuel lift pump kits offer a drop-in solution that utilizes ultra-quiet ball bearing technology—along with improved pressure regulation and efficiency that has enough fuel flow to support Stroker 900 hp pumps. Rated at 165 gpm, the Venom lift pump will support a single large CP3 or dual-fuel kits with stock high-pressure fuel pumps (HPFP). A rigid aluminum bracket, plus quiet vibration isolators, allow for versatile and easy installation without having to strap mount to the electric motor like with previous models. Kits include commonly sourced 3-micron fuel filter and 20-micron water separator filter—and everything else needed to install using full-size 1/2-inch fuel lines. Each kit features a heavy-duty construction to help prevent wheel hop, axle wrap, and large angle on U-joints. BD Diesel traction bars are optimized to arc in the same path the axle travels during suspension movement, which makes for a smooth ride and the ability to tow without having to adjust the bars.
