BD Diesel Killer Grid Heater Upgrade Kits

BD Diesel Killer grid heater upgrade kits are purpose-built to address a major flaw in the 6.7L Cummins engine--the electrical connection to the intake grid heater. When powering the grid heater, 200 amps pass through a small bolt and nut inside the intake and over time is known to deteriorate and eventually arc and break off. The nut drops into the engine, leading to extensive damage to the piston, head, and valves. BD's Killer kits upgrade that flawed electrical circuit by eliminating the problematic bolt and nut inside the intake while retaining stock functionality of the heater. The kits are cost-effective and easy to install. Additional features: * Allows for full heat output with the stock intake grid heater * Fully emissions compliant * No modifications or tuning required * Self-locking threads built into the lower busbar prevent backing out and compromising electrical connection * Kit includes replacement hardware and gaskets, along with special tools required for the job

BD Diesel Sway Bar End Links

Replace a weak link in your truck's suspension with these BD Diesel sway bar end links. These links have been designed to fix the weaker factory links that easily wear and can brake altogether for the last time.
