They feature a larger ballistic billet compressor wheel and BD's exclusive turbine profile that results in reduced backpressure and increased turbine flow compared to the competition. BD Diesel Performance Automatic Transmissions
BD Diesel Performance automatic transmissions are designed to transfer the power from high-torque modified diesel engines. They feature redesigned clutch packs with 50 percent more holding surface, steel 6-pin planetary gear carriers, and new lube ports added for high-load areas. Shift strategies and pressure circuits are also modified to handle the high-torque applications. BD Diesel transmissions are not rebuilt factory transmissions--they are custom-tailored to work with your modified truck.
