BD Diesel Performance Automatic Transmissions
BD Diesel Performance automatic transmissions are designed to transfer the power from high-torque modified diesel engines. They feature redesigned clutch packs with 50 percent more holding surface, steel 6-pin planetary gear carriers, and new lube ports added for high-load areas. Shift strategies and pressure circuits are also modified to handle the high-torque applications. BD Diesel transmissions are not rebuilt factory transmissions--they are custom-tailored to work with your modified truck.

BD Diesel Differential Covers
BD Diesel differential covers are cast to cool. Specially engineered, the powdercoated aluminum covers are designed with internal and external cooling fins, plus an extra-capacity bottom sump. This strategy allows gears to pick up and deflect oil back onto the ring gear and into the pinion gear for cooler, longer life. BD Diesel differential covers are gasket-less, and each includes a reusable Viton® O-ring, stainless steel Allen head cap bolts, fill plug, and magnetic drain plug for a complete, easy, and "cool" installation.

BD Diesel ProTect 68 Trans Pressure Control Kit
BD Diesel ProTect 68 Trans Pressure Control kits deliver 150 percent of the torque-holding force to stock transmissions like no others can. The industry-leading exclusive custom valve body separator plate and gaskets substantially reduce cross leaks compared to stock and other applications, even with much higher line pressures. An Electronic Pressure Control module delivers up to 250 psi clutch-apply pressure at full throttle, providing 150 percent of the holding force to prevent clutch slippage. All of this without modifying the transmission pump or removing the transmission. These controllers dynamically adjust the hydraulic-apply pressures, based on turbo boost/engine load. No tuning is required. Installation takes 2 to 3 hours to complete without having to do a full transmission relearn—since no internal tolerances have changed. A "fresh" stock transmission will have the ability to handle up to 500 hp. For higher power or demands, a complete BD 68RFE transmission with additional clutches and new designed components is recommended. Order the kit tailored to your vehicle.
