Artec Industries offers Ultimate 60 high steering arm fasteners for a variety of Dana 60 axle applications. These knuckle bolt kits work well with Artec's Ultimate 60 high steer arms to increase overall knuckle and steering strength—as well as provide options for mounting your steering. Whether you just need to reinforce your knuckles, or want to run your tie rods in double shear, these kits are designed to fit multiple steering configurations. Two kits are required for a pair of high steer arms, and cutting the sleeves in half is necessary to run Heim joints in double shear. Tie rod end holes on the knuckle need to be drilled to 3/4 in. diameter. Order the model that's best suited for your application. Features include: * 3/4 in.-16, 10 in. long, Grade 8 bolt * 3/4 in.-16 all-steel mechanical locknut, the best type of locking nut for steering applications * Machined 1.25 in. O.D., 0.250 in. wall DOM sleeve * Sleeve ends machined for 3/4 in. Heim joints in double shear * Choose your tie rod mounting height * Available for OEM Ford, OEM Chevy, OEM Dodge, and all aftermarket knuckles Important safety notes: * Requires basic steel cutting tools for installation; use caution when cutting steel * Only experienced fabricators should attempt these modifications * All-steel mechanical locking nuts are designed NOT to be reused to ensure the nut does not loosen over time; always use a new nut if you remove it

Artec Industries Super Duty Aluminum Crossover Steering Kits
Artec Industries Super Duty aluminum crossover steering kits are premium front axle kits for your Jeep offering the ultimate steering solution for your Super Duty axle swap. Kits start with Artec's 1.75 in. O.D. aerospace-grade 7075 aluminum rods mated with premium tie rod ends that are designed after those in the Ford F-450s--beefy and longest lasting. The tie rod and drag link ends are offset to account for the short arms on the Super Duty knuckles that provide a great steering feel and no contact with the differential. These are coupled with stainless steel spacers and adapters to allow a perfect fit to your new axle. Each link is threaded with both right-hand and left-hand threads at opposite ends making it easier to adjust the length alignment. Artec included wrench flats on each end of the aluminum link so you can easily tighten your jam nuts without marring the aluminum. Artec Industries Super Duty swap steering kits are available for Jeep JL/JT or the JK with the only difference being the drag link at the end of the pitman arm.
