ARP High Performance Series Main Bolts

ARP High Performance Series main bolts are rated at 180,000 psi and a popular premium replacement for OEM fasteners. Designed to meet the exacting standards and demands of professional engine builders, ARP bolts are forged from 8740 chromoly steel and feature a reduced wrenching head, large underhead radius, and rolled threads for the utmost in reliability. The threads are rolled after heat-treating which gives them about 2,000 percent better fatigue strength than most main bolts that are threaded prior to heat-treating. Hardened parallel-ground washers are included with each kit.

ARP Tapered Ring Compressors

ARP tapered piston ring compressors are CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum tube material and feature a true radius for each individual bore diameter. They're also relieved to accommodate wire O-rings on the bottom. Type 3 anodizing is used for long life, and each bore size is prominently engraved in 3/4 in. high numbers for easy identification. ARP Rod Vises
