They feature MIG welded joints to ensure optimum strength, and are available with evenly spaced crossbar floor that can support loads of up to 330 lbs., or with a fully welded steel mesh floor.

A full 40 percent lighter, ARB aluminum roof racks offer the ideal solution for carrying excess or bulky items, with all of the durability, strength, and load rating of their steel models. They are perfectly suited to owners who may wish to remove their rack between trips. They come with Amplimesh alloy mesh floors, and a combination of TIG and CMT welding processes are used to ensure optimum rack strength.

* Pressed steel feet and legs are height and width adjustable, allowing multi-vehicle installations

* Full-length, zinc annealed steel support channel with plastic protection strip to distribute load along the gutter and prevent vehicle damage
* Precision-cut drainage channel, specifically-designed to reduce buildup of dirt and accumulation of moisture
* Top rail sits well above rack floor to ensure a secure load and is constructed from tough, 25mm tube while the bottom rail utilizes 35mm tubing
