APR A02 Flow-Formed Bronze Wheels
APR A02 flow-formed bronze wheels pay homage to several classic wheels in a unique design that is sure to turn heads. Central to the wheel is a classic 5-spoke pattern that has been hollowed out for weight savings and interlaced inside of a 5-spoke "Y" pattern that pays respect to the APR A01 wheels. The meshing together of these two iconic designs creates a snowflake pattern from decades past. APR A02s are flow-formed from A356 aluminum making them strong and lightweight, yet cost dramatically less than forged wheels. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) was used to reduce spoke width to reduce weight while providing the strength necessary to achieve a 720 KG load rating. Weight-saving pockets are cut behind the wheel face to reduce weight, too. Strong billet aluminum CNC-machined rings allow the wheels to be compatible with both common center bores, and won't wobble, crack, or crumble like other materials. The center caps are removable, upgradeable, and compatible with various OEM center caps. APR Turbo Outlet Pipes
APR turbo outlet pipes replace the factory plastic pipe with a high-quality aluminum pipe that is a constant diameter within. APR pays close attention to the airflow paths and provide as few bends and tight radius turns as possible to maximize performance. Unlike the factory plastic pipes, APR's won't melt and crack under extreme conditions. This direct replacement piece additionally deletes the turbo muffler, which is integrated into the pipe on the Golf R/S3 and similar platform vehicles. The pipe features bead rolled connection points to resist hose slippage, and all mounting brackets are TIG-welded to the pipe for a strong connection. APR Supercharger Pulley Removal Kits
APR supercharger pulley removal kits make taking out your factory pulley simple. The factory Gen 1 supercharger drive pulley is pressed on to the supercharger's input shaft, making it almost impossible to remove without damage, or damaging the supercharger itself. APR kits encapsulate the entire pulley and pull evenly across its entire surface. They are compact enough to not require complete removal of your vehicle's front-end, and a provision was made to incorporate a 1/2 in. drive breaker bar allowing the entire assembly to be easily counter-held, ultimately making the process a one-man job.
