Allstar Performance adjustable base plates are 4-hole aluminum spacers with replaceable tapered inserts (sold separately). The plates are available in two thicknesses, and the different sizes of inserts can be quickly changed after the carb is removed. They will assist in governing the restriction of air/fuel entry and can help to slightly reduce power-preventing wheel spin.
