Constructed from mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel with OE-style hangers and clamps, these pipes provide maximum flow for increased horsepower, torque, and throttle response. aFe BladeRunner GT Series Intercoolers
aFe BladeRunner GT Series intercoolers feature a bar and plate core design that outflows stock intercoolers by increasing heat dissipation over the much smaller tube and fin design used by the OEM. The unique BladeRunner end tanks are constructed out of 3/16 in. aluminum plates that incorporate seven Multi-Directional Vanes (MDV) throughout the intercooler. This aFe technology is used to direct hot air flow through the entire intercooler core, which allows for greater cooling. aFe BladeRunner GT Series intercoolers are100 percent TIG-welded by certified craftsmen for race-quality strength and durability. They are pressure tested at 200 psi.
