Utilizing factory mounting locations, their bayonet tip hangers ensure Vulcan Series exhausts have an OE-style fit and stay put under any driving conditions. A certified craftsman MIG welds each system by hand for durability and longevity. High-quality band clamps and hardware provide a quick, hassle-free installation, with most applications requiring no modifications. Vulcan Series exhausts fit a variety of light trucks and Jeeps, including some with diesel engines. They're constructed of 304 stainless steel and include black or polished 304 stainless steel tips with a laser-cut stainless steel aFe power badge. aFe Takeda Exhaust Systems
aFe Takeda exhaust systems are constructed of superior quality mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel and are designed to produce significant horsepower gains. They utilize single and dual, high-flow transverse mufflers. Some models include an X-pipe balance tube, which equalizes and evenly distributes exhaust pulses for increased flow and performance across the power band, while maintaining great sound. The finishing touches on these exhaust systems are their laser-etched, slash-cut polished 304 stainless steel tips. aFe Mach Force XP exhaust systems are constructed of mandrel-bent stainless steel and come complete with free-flowing muffler(s), OE-style bayonet hangers, flanges, and band clamps, plus all hardware necessary for a hassle-free installation. Offered in single, dual, or quad muffler configurations, their smooth curves and large diameter tubes help reduce restriction and keep exhaust gas flowing smoothly for increased horsepower and torque. Available in cat-back, axle-back, and downpipe-back designs, almost all Mach Force XP exhausts are direct bolt-on systems that require no cutting or drilling and include all necessary hardware for a hassle-free installation. Most also include wrinkle-black powdercoated or polished 304 stainless steel tip(s) with a laser-cut stainless steel aFe power badge.
