MIG-welded for race-proven strength and durability, the aFe Vulcan Series Hi-Tuck exhaust systems utilize state-of-the-art computer-aided design technology for a custom, high-tolerance factory fitment. They are then finished off with a 4 in. Hi-Tuck tip that will give you extra clearance during extreme angle climbs or descents. They also use a factory-style flange and hangers, making them direct bolt-on systems which require no cutting or modifications. With a high-temperature finish and patent-pending intercooler design, the aFe Vulcan Series Hi-Tuck exhaust systems not only provide a rugged look but also reduce your vehicle's exhaust gas temperatures!

aFe Rebel Series Exhaust Systems
aFe Rebel Series exhaust systems are constructed with mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing for improved exhaust flow. Utilizing factory mounting locations, their bayonet tip hangers ensure Rebel Series exhausts have an OE-style fit and stay put under any driving conditions. A certified craftsman MIG welds each system by hand for durability and longevity. High-quality band clamps and hardware provide a quick, hassle-free installation with most applications requiring no modifications. Rebel Series exhausts fit a variety of light trucks and Jeeps, including some with diesel engines. Depending on the specific application, they are constructed of 304 or 409 stainless steel and include black or polished 304 stainless steel tips (intercooled for diesels) with a laser-cut stainless steel aFe power badge. Key features of aFe Rebel Series exhaust systems include: * Cat-back, axle-back, downpipe-back, and DPF-back systems * Many systems have dual tips that exit in front of the rear passenger side tire for a unique custom look * Aggressive or mild tone mufflers available (varies by model) * OE-style bayonet hangers stabilize pipe location * Bayonet tips hold hanger bushings in place for a durable fit * 360-degree sealing surfaces for leak-free performance * Select systems have high-temperature, metallic black coated mufflers for the ultimate in corrosion protection Note: Some aFe Rebel Series exhaust systems are "Race Only" products sold solely for competition use. Their use is limited to closed-course racing that is formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization.
