Momentum HD Pro-GUARD 7 intakes are built around massive, 1,000 cfm, 360 degree, radial-flow air filters that feature five layers of progressive cotton media with two layers of progressive synthetic media providing 99.7 percent cumulative efficiency for maximum filtration (U.S. patent #06811588). Their unique air filter-to-housing interface (patent pending) allows for maximum filter size that increases the available air volume while simplifying the installation process. The air filters are wrapped in reinforced metal providing maximum strength to prevent filter collapse.
