AFCO Racing deck-mount oil coolers are a versatile option for your fluid cooling needs! They're designed for use with a variety of fluids—including engine, transmission, and differential oil; and power steering, hydraulic, and transmission fluid. The units feature a double-pass design, cooling the fluid twice as it passes over the top and bottom half. Internal oil turbulators and louvered fins ensure unparalleled efficiency. Most AFCO Racing deck mount oil coolers have a 1 qt. capacity, a 1/2 in. FPT to accommodate an oil temperature sending unit, and they're available with 10 AN, 12 AN, or 16 AN inlets and outlets.

AFCO Racing lightweight single row radiators have an optimized fin count ratio for maximum cooling efficiency and are built using detailed, computer-designed specifications and precision CNC laser-cut parts. By using a modern furnace-brazed process, all AFCO radiators feature all-aluminum construction without the need for epoxy. Not only does this make for a lighter radiator, but the common material bonding provides increased thermal efficiency as well. Every part of a radiator core is important, but the quality of the headers is crucial. Tube slots must be punched with a maximum of .002 in. clearance for a precise tube fit. While others use single-sided clad material for headers, AFCO uses .080 in. double-sided clad that provides a fillet joint around the tube on both sides of the header, doubling its strength. Combined with extruded side channels, AFCO cores can handle over one million pressure cycles, without a tube-to-header joint failure Plus, AFCO never stamps tanks. They are either laser-cut and precision-welded, or formed using a "drawn" technique that keeps a uniform thickness and eliminates weak spots. Finally, all AFCO Racing lightweight single row radiators are 100 percent tested.
