Aeromotive high-flow one-way check valves are designed to prevent back-flow with minimal pressure drop. AN O-ring male inlet/female outlet connections allow easy installation into a fuel pump outlet port without adding additional lines, hose ends, or fittings. They're ideal for use when preventing drainback after the fuel pump is turned off, or when dual pumps are employed and both pumps will not always be running together. CNC-machined from 6061-T651 billet aluminum alloy with a Type II bright dip anodized finish, the fuel check valves are available in multiple sizes.

Make fuel checks simple with Aeromotive's billet fuel sample valves. Depending on the model you select, the aluminum units can install into your 1/8 in. NPT inlet port with threads or quick-connect attachment. Some contain a stainless steel barb fitting for extension hoses and rotate 360 degrees for easy sampling. A spring-loaded safety feature keeps the sample valve sealed when unlocked, and rotates into a locked position when it's time for racing. When a fuel sample is required, simply rotate the valve to the unlocked position, press down for a fuel sample, re-lock, and go race!

Aeromotive fuel pump bladder and baffle sets are a complement to the APEX Phantom systems. These bladder baffles open and close the door with the Phantom flow control technology while providing a continuous, high fuel flow into the baffle. It's critical to allow a large volume of fuel to flow into the baffle naturally from the surrounding tank—and also important to keep it there. The new Phantom bladder and baffles can ensure this. They increase the flow area into the bladder to promote rapid fuel recovery from the surrounding tank—while deploying a PTFE check ball that acts to keep that critical fuel in the bladder, preventing it from escaping during hard acceleration, cornering, and off-angle vehicle maneuvers. The units are constructed with CNC-machined billet aluminum valve bodies, which are then anodized and loaded with a PTFE check ball and locked into the Phantom bladder with a PTFE retaining washer. Phantom bladder and baffles are designed for durability and are fully compatible with gasoline and ethanol fuels. They require no special tools and may be used in any existing or new Phantom bladder, with the Apex Phantom, or as a stand-alone solution to slosh control.

Aeromotive VaporWorx KPM1500 fuel pump/returnless PWM control systems include a KPM1500 fuel pump modified with a high-pressure regulator, returnless pulse width modulation control system, and other modifications to make them work properly for most US-based vehicles. The KPM1500 features twin OEM Bosch PWM compatible pumps, fully re-engineered pump support system, robust venturi pump systems, integral safety overpressure valves, and a built-in anti-reversion/check valve, making each fuel pump very much like an OEM part. The outlet nipple has been strengthened to reduce the chances of breakage, and their operation is smooth, quiet, and easy to control. VaporWorx PWM (pulse width modulation) kit contains everything needed to drive the KPM1500 electrically in either constant/static or manifold referenced pressure modes. These kits are intended to be used as standalone control systems. No additional relays, Hobb's switches, etc. are needed. Features: * VaporWorx modified KPM1500 fuel pump module make the OEM chassis wiring plug-and-play * Approximately 71 percent+ reduction in power to the fuel pump during idle/cruise vs. running both pumps full speed all the time. Practically eliminates vapor lock/cavitation caused by overheated fuel * Fully returnless (external inline filter required) * 60-amp minimum continuous power rating in a compact controller package * Total size 4 in. L x 2.1 in. W x 1 5/8 in. H * Over-temperature shutdown with automatic reset operates indefinitely without damage * Short circuit protection that will operate indefinitely without damage * OEM Delphi/Aptiv connections for terminals, seals, and connector bodies (where appropriate)

Aeromotive VaporWorx Ally KPM1500 returnless PWM (pulse width modulation) system kits include a KPM1500 fuel pump modified with a high-pressure regulator, returnless Ally PWM control system, and other modifications to make them work properly for FSCM-equipped vehicles and aftermarket ECM/FSCM (fuel system control module) systems. The KPM1500 features twin Bosch PWM compatible OEM pumps, fully re-engineered pump support system, robust venturi pump systems, integral safety overpressure valves, and a built-in anti-reversion/check valve, making each fuel pump very much like an OEM part. The outlet nipple has been strengthened to reduce the chances of breakage, and their operation is smooth, quiet, and easy to control. The weakness of the OEM FSCM is power capability. They can drive one high-power pump, but not two. That's where the VaporWorx Ally PWM (pulse width modulation) kit comes in. It contains everything needed to drive the second KPM1500 electrically while the OEM fuel system control module handles the primary, keeping the power separated, but control of both pumps is handled by the FSCM, and all feedback, diagnostics, fuel pressure, etc. remains functional. These kits are intended to be used as an Ally, or piggyback, system to help the OEM FSCM. No additional relays, Hobb's switches, etc. are needed. Features: * VaporWorx modified KPM1500 fuel pump module make the OEM chassis wiring plug-and-play * Using PWM to slow down the pumps is very effective in keeping fuel temperatures down and relieving the electrical system of excessive load * Ally PWM controller is a unique control strategy that helps reduce the amount of power that the FSCM produces at higher fuel demand * At higher duty cycles the Ally PWM controller will start to out-run the FSCM and take more of the pumping power load, "helping out" the fuel system control module * Approximately 71 percent+ reduction in power to the fuel pump during idle/cruise vs. running both pumps full speed all the time. Practically eliminates vapor lock/cavitation caused by overheated fuel * Fully returnless (external inline filter required) * 60-amp minimum continuous power rating in a compact controller package * Total size 4 in. L x 2.1 in. W x 1 5/8 in. H * Over-temperature shutdown with automatic reset operates indefinitely without damage * Short circuit protection that will operate indefinitely without damage * OEM Delphi/Aptiv connections for terminals, seals, and connector bodies (where appropriate) * All cross-linked polyethylene wiring * UL94 rated components used throughout

Now you can get more performance from your diesel with Aeromotive diesel lift pump kits! They're built with features you'll appreciate, such as: Precise pressure control via the Aeromotive convoluted diaphragm regulator; a fuel pressure gauge for accurate system pressure monitoring; a built-in check valve to keep the system primed; a submersible motor design with no dynamic shaft seals to erode; and a CAT 2-micron fuel filter. Duramax kits include a "fail safe" valve. In the event of failure or a no-run condition, the valve opens and allows fuel to bypass the pump—so the engine continues to run and you can get to your destination, eliminating tow bills. Order the model recommended for your application. Additional features include: * Unique draw-through technology * 3/4 in. in tank pickup tube * 100 micron in-tank filter * In-tank baffle included, eliminating 1/4 tank issue * Quick-disconnect fittings for all fuel lines * 1 in.-14 fuel filter thread allows the use of other common filter brands * Stainless steel filter stud and filter dip tube (corrosion-resistant) * Flow-through design; no shaft seal to fail or leak * Wiring harness with Delphi sealed Weatherpack connectors (vehicle-specific pumps only) * Self-priming, no need to pre-fill the filter during install or filter swap * Available with your choice of gph ratings * OEM-style return; no need to modify the filler neck
