They flow 2,700 lbs./hr. of fuel, deliver 2 to 200 psi worth of fuel pressure, and work with any type of fuel. That's enough fuel flow and pressure to support a 6-second drag car—fuel injected, blown, turbocharged, or otherwise! Their belt-driven design means there's no current draw, and the pumps require no priming. They have a billet aluminum housing and bracket, a -10 AN O-ring port, and an anodized finish. The pumps are available in universal and application-specific models.

Aeromotive 1999–2004 Ford F-150 return-style fuel rail systems provide a consistent, high-volume fuel supply to support performance engine modifications. Unlike the factory returnless system, these kits add a return line and adjustable fuel pressure regulator, which offers several key benefits for high-horsepower applications like the supercharged 5.4L V8 found in the SVT Lightning and Harley-Davidson® models. These systems feature high-flow CNC-machined, billet fuel rails with custom, steel mounting brackets, and all the necessary components and accessories required to perform a complete installation. Because the system is designed to continuously return excess fuel to the tank, it allows the fuel pump to operate with less stress compared to a restrictive returnless system. This leads to quieter operation and longer pump life.

Aeromotive billet fuel rails are built for maximum fuel flow and ease of installation. They deliver optimal injector supply with minimal hydraulic fluctuation and will feed up to 3,000 hungry horses. The fuel rails feature ORB-08 ports with compact connections and positive leak-free sealing. Full-size ports at the end of the rails insure proper fuel flow. Additional inlet and outlet ports are provided where required for plumbing convenience. Steel mounting brackets are custom engineered for each application, combining a solid durable mounting platform that ensures a correct fit.
