Aeromotive VaporWorx BoostWorx returnless PWM kits for ZL1 fuel pump modules have everything needed to provide a standalone, OE-type returnless fuel system with constant or manifold referenced fuel pressure. When used with the popular and affordable GM Gen5 ZL1 Camaro, C7 Corvette, Aeromotive Super ZL1, and many other GM-compatible fuel pump modules, these systems will provide constant pressure or any base pressure with a 1:1 manifold referenced (supplied MAP sensor based) fuel pressure—operating like a mechanical fuel pressure regulator would with the ECM calibrated in the same manner. The simplicity of these kits comes with connecting the supplied standalone MAP sensor to the pressurized side of the intake manifold, just like connecting a boost gauge or manifold referenced fuel pressure regulator. For constant fuel pressure simply leave the MAP sensor portion of the kit disconnected. BoostWorx ZL1 controllers feature: * Everything needed electrically to drive the fuel pump module--no relays, external regulators, or return lines are required * Unmatched low fuel level capability * Up to a 2/3 reduction in power to the fuel module during idle and cruise vs. traditional systems * 40-amp minimum continuous power rating in a compact controller package * Over-temperature shutdown with automatic reset * Short circuit protection that will operate indefinitely without damage * OEM Delphi/Aptiv connections for terminals, seals, and connector bodies * All cross-linked polyethylene wiring * UL94 rated components used throughout * Integrates into the OE ECM to allow all safety systems to remain functional * 10 to 22 V operating capacity -- Can be used with voltage boosters -- Lower than 10 V applied to the turn on circuit will cause controller shutdown to protect from an AFR lean condition * Billet aluminum VaporWorx MAP sensor bracket and 3bar pressure sensor

Aeromotive VaporWorx ReturnX return-type 3 to 4-pump PWM controllers have everything needed to provide a standalone fuel pump speed control system for up to four high-powered brushed pumps. ReturnX has primary and secondary PWM controller output. Under normal idle/cruise driving, the #1 and #2 pumps are on the primary side and running fast enough to provide sufficient fuel pressure. The #3 and #4 pumps are attached to the PWM secondary output, but follow at a much lower duty cycle than the primary side. As the primary side increases in output power, so does the secondary side in a leader-follower arrangement that delivers a smooth ramp-up in pump speed. Key features: * For forced induction systems only * Works with all brushed-type fuel pumps * Typical power reduction to the pump(s) of 45 to 75 percent during idle and cruise * Standalone MAP sensor for pump speed control -- 2.5bar LSA/LS9 type -- Adequate range for supercharged applications * All pumps are under PWM control * Plumb fuel system using traditional regulators, filters, and return lines * Developed for in-cell use where the primary output feeds a lift and pressure pump, and the secondary output controller the third and fourth. Benefits: * Everything needed electrically to drive three or four fuel pumps * A significant reduction in the average fuel pump power requirement resulting in lower fuel temperatures and longer pump life * 110-amp minimum continuous power rating in a compact controller package * Over-temperature shutdown with automatic reset will operate indefinitely without damage * Short circuit output protection will operate indefinitely without damage * OEM Delphi/Aptiv connections for terminals, seals, and connector bodies * All cross-linked polyethylene wiring * UL94 rated components used throughout * Integrates into the OE ECM to allow all safety systems to remain functional * 10 to 18 V operating capacity -- Lower than 10 V applied to the turn-on circuit will cause controller shutdown to protect from an AFR lean condition * Easy to set idle/cruise primary pump speed adjustments * #3/#4 pumps ramp in automatically, no adjustments needed * Uses standard return-type plumbing systems, and can be used to replace currently installed Hobb's pressure switch + relay applications

Aeromotive VaporWorx Ally PWM fuel pump controller kits allow a second pump to be added to an OEM fuel system control module without causing overloading of the stock FSCM. They are compatible for use with positive trigger OEM fuel system control modules when using an aftermarket standalone fuel pump. For clarity, there are many names for the modern OEM fuel pump driver/fuel computer, but all basically do the same thing; communicate with the ECM to drive the fuel pumps at the speed needed to provide the requested fuel pressure. Most aftermarket ECMs do not have this capability and unfortunately, many OEM fuel system control modules (FSCM) can handle one high-power pump, but not two or more. So, in the search for more power, and to keep the FSCM working, it needs help. That's where VaporWorx Ally PWM fuel pump controller kits come in. These Ally kits allow positive pulse FSCMs to control the primary pump, while the VaporWorx Ally Auto-On controller "piggybacks" and takes care of the other pump(s). The controllers do not turn on the other pumps until approximately 3 to 4psi of boost by using the engine MAP sensor or a VaporWorx standalone MAP sensor as the turn-on trigger. The Ally solution provides sufficient power for all fuel pumps while maintaining the FSCM full CAN feedback and diagnostics, and all pumps will effectively be under the control of the FSCM. Kits are available for naturally aspirated and supercharged applications. Select the kit best suited to your setup. Features: * Everything needed electrically to drive additional fuel pumps -- No hard-to-get connectors, multiple fuses, Hobb's switches, etc. * A 2/3 reduction in power to the fuel pump during idle and cruise vs. traditional systems means long OEM pump life expectancy * 50-amp minimum continuous power rating in a compact controller package * Progressive 2/3 pump ramping strategy lowers the load on the FSCM to reduce MIL codes * Soft-start feature to reduce initial pump-on pressure spikes * Can use either the engine MAP sensor or a VaporWorx standalone MAP sensor * Over-temperature shutdown with automatic reset * Short circuit protection that will operate indefinitely without damage * OEM Delphi/Aptiv connections for terminals, seals, and connector bodies, where appropriate * Cross-linked polyethylene wiring * UL94 rated components used throughout * Allows all the OEM ECM priming and safety systems to remain functional * Can be used with one or two extra/auxiliary pumps * 10 to 22 V operating capacity
