Aeromotive A1000 brushless in-line fuel pumps let you upgrade to a fixed-speed, premium unit for faster, more dependable, and uninterrupted fuel delivery--with less power consumption and potential for wear or failure. Utilizing the latest brushless motor technology, these pumps are built for sustained pressure (up to 65 psi) with 90 psi maximum potential. They feature a bedrock-solid roller vane design that primes easily, reduces friction, and improves efficiency. Producing more torque per watt and a higher torque-to-weight ratio, brushless motors deliver less noise, lighter weight, and more reliability. With a higher level of efficiency (down to fractions of a second in design speed control) Aeromotive A1000 brushless fuel pumps provide precise control of fuel pump RPM as pressure rises—better maintaining operation and flow, while producing a flatter flow curve. These tight tolerances result in less current draw, less heat, and extended life. More product features, items, and specifications include: * Extended service life in ethanol and methanol * Integral, external brushless controller for clean installation, cooler fuel, and enhanced reliability * Inlet and outlet ORB-10 ports * Requires straight 12 VDC to 16 VDC power supply (16 V charge systems require voltage regulator or step-down to 12 V) * Not compatible with pulse modulated systems or fuel pump speed controllers * Rated flow of 700 lbs./hr. at 45 psi, 13.5 volts for EFI engines * Rated flow of 900 lbs./hr. at 9 psi, 13.5 volts for carbureted engines * Fuel Injected gas engines rated up to 1,300 HP (naturally aspirated) and up to 1,000 HP (forced air induction) * Carbureted gas engines rated up to 1,500 HP (naturally aspirated) and up to 1,200 HP (forced air induction) * Fuel Injected E85 engines rated up to 910 HP (naturally aspirated) and up to 700 HP (forced air induction) * Carbureted E85 engines rated up to 1,050 HP (naturally aspirated) and up to 840 HP (forced air induction) * Ideal for blow-through carbureted engines up to 1,200 FWHP

Aeromotive PTFE stainless braided fuel lines are ideal for street and racing applications where E85, gasoline, or methanol compatible fuel hose is needed. The stainless outer braid provides impact and abrasion resistance to protect the PTFE inner liner. These liners are specially carbonized for conductivity, which is critical for fuel handling. The fuel lines provide outstanding flow capacity; they're smaller on the O.D. for the same I.D. of a comparable rubber braided line for easier routing in tight spaces. The lines deliver extended service life in any fuel, as they will not harden, micro-fracture, or permeate fuel vapor (vapor-walk) like normal rubber braided line—minimizing fuel smell in the vehicle storage area. Choose the length and AN diameter needed for your application.

Aeromotive VaporWorx BoostWorx returnless PWM kits for ZL1 fuel pump modules have everything needed to provide a standalone, OE-type returnless fuel system with constant or manifold referenced fuel pressure. When used with the popular and affordable GM Gen5 ZL1 Camaro, C7 Corvette, Aeromotive Super ZL1, and many other GM-compatible fuel pump modules, these systems will provide constant pressure or any base pressure with a 1:1 manifold referenced (supplied MAP sensor based) fuel pressure—operating like a mechanical fuel pressure regulator would with the ECM calibrated in the same manner. The simplicity of these kits comes with connecting the supplied standalone MAP sensor to the pressurized side of the intake manifold, just like connecting a boost gauge or manifold referenced fuel pressure regulator. For constant fuel pressure simply leave the MAP sensor portion of the kit disconnected. BoostWorx ZL1 controllers feature: * Everything needed electrically to drive the fuel pump module--no relays, external regulators, or return lines are required * Unmatched low fuel level capability * Up to a 2/3 reduction in power to the fuel module during idle and cruise vs. traditional systems * 40-amp minimum continuous power rating in a compact controller package * Over-temperature shutdown with automatic reset * Short circuit protection that will operate indefinitely without damage * OEM Delphi/Aptiv connections for terminals, seals, and connector bodies * All cross-linked polyethylene wiring * UL94 rated components used throughout * Integrates into the OE ECM to allow all safety systems to remain functional * 10 to 22 V operating capacity -- Can be used with voltage boosters -- Lower than 10 V applied to the turn on circuit will cause controller shutdown to protect from an AFR lean condition * Billet aluminum VaporWorx MAP sensor bracket and 3bar pressure sensor

Aeromotive VaporWorx ReturnX return-type triple-pump PWM controllers have everything needed to provide a standalone fuel pump speed control system for three high-powered brushed pumps. Offering primary and secondary PWM controller output, the primary provides sufficient pump speed to maintain fuel pressure during idle/cruise while the secondary pump follows at a lower duty cycle. As the primary side increases in output power, so does the secondary side in a leader-follower arrangement that delivers a smooth ramp-up in pump speed. Key features: * For forced induction systems only * Works with all brushed-type fuel pumps * Typical power reduction to the pump(s) of 45 to 75 percent during idle and cruise * Standalone MAP sensor for pump speed control -- 2.5bar LSA/LS9 type -- Adequate range for supercharged applications * All pumps are under PWM control * Plumb fuel system using traditional regulators, filters, and return lines * Developed for in-cell use where the primary output feeds a lift and pressure pump, and the secondary output controller feeds the third pump Benefits: * Everything needed electrically to drive three brushed fuel pumps * A significant reduction in the average fuel pump power requirement resulting in lower fuel temperatures and longer pump life * 110-amp minimum continuous power rating in a compact controller package * Over-temperature shutdown with automatic reset will operate indefinitely without damage * Short circuit output protection will operate indefinitely without damage * OEM Delphi/Aptiv connections for terminals, seals, and connector bodies * All cross-linked polyethylene wiring * UL94 rated components used throughout * Integrates into the OE ECM to allow all safety systems to remain functional * 10 to 18 V operating capacity -- Lower than 10 V applied to the turn-on circuit will cause controller shutdown to protect from an AFR lean condition * Easy to set idle/cruise primary pump speed adjustments * Uses standard return-type plumbing systems, and can be used to replace currently installed Hobb's pressure switch + relay applications
