AEM Electronics inline wideband UEGO controllers give all the benefits of the AEM Electronics wideband Air/Fuel gauges to those who do not require or want an additional gauge in the car. Perfect for datalogging, engine management systems or racing applications where a gauge is not desired. With simple wiring and easy installation, the weatherproof controller can be mounted anywhere in or outside the vehicle. The system features a Bosch sensor with an accuracy of .1 AFR, making it among the fastest and most accurate widebands available. You have an alternative choice for flex fuel sensors--AEM Electronics ethanol content sensors. While most gas stations label their flex fuel as E85 (85 percent ethanol/15 percent gasoline), the actual content could be quite different. AEM sensors deliver the ability to determine the composition of the fuel blend pumped into your vehicle at any given time. They measure content percentage and fuel temperature allowing users with programmable engine management systems (capable of tuning for flex fuel) the ability to optimize their engine's tuning calibration for fuel ethanol content. These kits include plug and pins for electrical connections, as well as either -6AN or hose barb fittings (depending on kit chosen) for integration into the fuel system.

HV (high-voltage) contactors are widely used in electric vehicles (EV) and hybrid electric vehicles (HEV). AEM Mini Master battery management systems are comprised of three components: 1. VCU 2. BMS-18 Mini Master 3. BMS-18 Satellite(s) The BMS is implemented as two different module types: the Mini Master and the Satellite. Each module is capable of measuring up to 18 cells and three temperatures (thermistors), but the Master also contains the CAN communication interface and J1772 charging specific connections needed for each battery pack. The VCU communicates with the BMS via the Mini Master module and all battery packs need at least one Mini Master unit. The Satellites expand the capability of the Master by an additional 18 cells and three thermistors per additional Satellite connected. The Satellite modules are connected to their Master via a high-speed serial interface (isoSPI) that allows additional units to be daisy chained together, adding as many Satellites as necessary for the battery pack configuration. The VCU is responsible for all BMS control logic. All setup and calibration items can be modified using the AEMCal user interface.
