Their 5/16 in. rubber combines with rust-proof, black urethane coated aluminum (or diamond plate) to stop debris from damaging your toys. These lightweight mud flaps are easy to store when not in use, allowing you to adapt to changing conditions without the need for extra hardware or tools. Simply attach to model-specific, anti-sailing mounting brackets with the included yellow zinc linchpins, paired perfectly with a fifth-wheel trailer. Rockstar full width tow flaps offer the perfect fit. They're available for a wide range of trucks. Order the model recommended for your application. Additional details: * Recommended mud flap ground clearance is 6 to 8 in. Suggested clearance with a load is 3 in. minimum to prevent mud flaps from dragging. Designed to fit OEM receivers and bumpers; may not fit aftermarket products. * Model-specific design: Flaps are shaped to follow the lines of your pickup for extreme protection and to prevent contact with OEM exhaust. Easily install two composite rubber extensions to add 6 1/2 in. of extra width on each side of existing flap. These kits give you extra coverage for a worry-free driving experience. (Not recommended for 1/2 ton pickups, commercial tow flaps, and mud flaps with adjustable rubber. Heat shield required for single exhaust.)
