3M Products Mar-Hyde One-Step rust converter primer-sealer permanently transforms rust into a hard, black substance ready for topcoats. The water-based, latex-containing rust modifiers are easily applied directly over tightly-bonded or flash rust on iron and steel. This solution creates a chemical reaction that converts rust, eliminating extra time for sanding and priming metal surfaces in collision repair.
