EMPI Chromoly Flywheels
EMPI offers chromoly flywheels specifically designed for high-performance engines, such as those found in many air-cooled VW applications, dune buggies, and other racing vehicles. These chromoly flywheels offer a strong combination of reduced weight, improved durability, and better engine response, making them a high-performance upgrade for demanding applications like racing or off-roading. By being significantly lighter than a stock flywheel, the EMPI chromoly flywheels reduce the engine's rotational inertia. This leads to faster engine revving and improved acceleration. These flywheels are fully balanced for a smoother power delivery, which is crucial for high-performance engines. Select the EMPI chromoly flywheel designed for your application needs.
